Refund policy

At Cholei, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with our products you can easily Exchange them by maintaining the following rules.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • If a customer gets the wrong product after purchasing, we will exchange the product for free shipping.
  • The Product must be returned or exchanged within 2 days from the date of delivery.
  • The Product must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • If Cholei delivers the wrong products to the customer
  • If any technical error occurred - Wrong Order placement, Money Deduction

Shipping and Costs

  • For Returns: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.
  • For Exchanges: If exchanging for a different size or color, we will cover the shipping costs for the new item sent to you.

Refunds Policy

  • Once we receive your return and inspect the items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Step 2: Provide your order number, the Product you wish to return/exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
  • Step 3: You will receive a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to send the items back.
