1. Return & Exchange Period

• Items can be returned or exchanged within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• Each order is eligible for one exchange only.
• Return & Exchange services are available only within Qatar.

2. Product Condition

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:

• Be unused and unwashed.
• Be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Products that have been worn, tried on for extended use, or have perfume, deodorant, smoke, or any other odor will not be accepted for return or exchange.

3. Return Shipping Fee

If you request a return or exchange for reasons other than a product defect or our mistake, the return delivery charge must be paid by the customer.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with:

• A manufacturing defect
• Damage
• Incorrect item
• Missing item

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will provide a replacement or appropriate solution free of charge, including the delivery cost.
